Former MLB Pitcher and investor Christian Bergman interviews various guests from both the professional baseball industry and real estate world. Christian formed his multifamily real estate company Mulligan Valley Capital in 2020 after wrapping up a 10-year professional career between the Rockies and Mariners. Since he has the unique distinction of actually having been in their shoes, he decided to make it his mission to provide both current and former players with the education and awareness of different investing strategies.

- Buy vs. rent
- Compound Interest
- Mortgages
- Income taxes
Geoff and I have been friends since high school. He has experienced firsthand the effects of following the traditional life path: go to school, get a job, and contribute to your retirement account. This is the path he has gone down for the last 10 years, and he recently realized and decided that enough was enough and it was time to make some changes.
